Ultreia!
For centuries, pilgrims have greeted one another this way on the Camino: Ultreia et suseia — medieval Latin for something like “further on, higher up”. A calling that became the strength to keep walking, and that gives Ultreya Travel its name.
An itinerary designed by someone who has walked the Camino de Santiago
The brand is new. The experience is not. Every true journey begins before the first step: mine began in 2012, when I walked my first Camino de Santiago de Compostela alone. Since then I have walked this route 12 times, on foot and by bicycle — and that experience is behind every stage, every accommodation recommendation and every detail of our self-guided packages.
I have lived in Spain for 17 years. Ultreya Travel is born now, in 2026 — but every itinerary you receive has already been walked, reviewed and tested by someone who has been there many times. You are not following a generic itinerary: you are following the path of someone who has walked this route, stage by stage.
