Each Ultreya Travel package is a combination of at least two of the following travel services, sold as a single product: accommodation, luggage transfer and transfers. The specific services included in each package are detailed on that package’s page and will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
The total price of the package tour, the initial deposit and the remaining balance, with their respective deadlines, are stated on each package’s page and confirmed at the time of booking. The deposit secures the pilgrim’s place; the balance must be settled within the agreed deadline before the trip.
The conditions for cancellation, partial or full refund and date changes will be detailed in the specific dossier sent after booking, and must comply with the minimum deadlines and traveler protection rules set out in Spanish package travel legislation.
Ultreya Travel is responsible for the proper performance of all travel services included in the package booked, under the legislation applicable to package tours in Spain.
We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance covering cancellation, medical assistance and repatriation for the entire duration of the pilgrimage.
Any significant change to the conditions of the package tour will be communicated to the traveler in writing before the trip begins, with the options provided for by law.
In the event of a dispute relating to this contract, Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the rights afforded to the consumer.
